CACREP Releases Merger Documents
March 7, 2012These doucuments are no longer active, but are being shared for archival purposes. They are the final documents that were created prior to a planned merger vote by both Boards in July 2007. The CACREP Board of Directors unanimously voted in favor of the merger, and the CORE Board of Directors decided not to vote on the proposal. Therefore, the merger failed.
