How to Write a CACREP Self-Study Workshop Sessions03/17/2016
The Council for Accreditation of Counseling and Related Educational Programs (CACREP) has scheduled the following “How to Write a CACREP Self-Study” workshops for Fall 2016:
- Thursday, October 6, 2016 at the SACES Conference in New Orleans, LA (FULL – please contact the CACREP office to be added to the waiting list)
- Wednesday, October 19, 2016 at the NCACES Conference in Bloomington, Minnesota (FULL – please contact the CACREP office to be added to the waiting list)
The cost to attend the workshop is $495.00 for the first person from an institution and $250.00 each for up to two additional persons from the same institution. Registration will be limited to the first 30 people to register and pay. Please do not make travel arrangements until you have confirmation that you are paid and registered and that the workshop has been finalized. You may pay by credit card by calling the office number below. Lunch will be provided. Participants can earn .7 NBCC approved CEUs for attending the workshop.
Information about the session:
This hands-on workshop will address the process of preparing to write your CACREP Self-Study. It covers the initial planning phase through the actual development and submission of a Self-Study Report. Attention will be given to the CACREP Standards, Policies, program evaluation, and the assessment of student learning. Participants will have the opportunity to view actual self-studies and opportunities to ask individualized questions of CACREP Board member(s), workshop facilitators and/or staff.

She will then contact you directly once the final confirmation on the sessions has occurred and the registration materials are available. In order to ensure a low presenter to participant ratio these sessions have a maximum enrollment. Enrollments are accepted in the order received until the sessions are full.
