CORE - CACREP Merger

Joint Statement for release by the CORE and CACREP Boards

The CORE and CACREP Boards met in their respective summer meetings to vote on the proposed merger agreement that had been developed by the CORE-CACREP Merger Task Force. The CORE Board did not vote on the merger agreement at their meeting. The CACREP Board voted unanimously to accept the merger agreement as negotiated by the Merger Task Force.

From this page, there are hyperlinks to the merger process documents developed by the CORE - CACREP Joint Task Force on Merger over a two year period.  These documents constitute the merger proposal that CORE and CACREP will review at their respective summer Board meetings.  Included are the Resolution to Merge,  draft Bylaws, diagrams of the new organization's corporate structure, a flow chart of the new organization's accreditation process, and a merger timeline.
