Policy A.1.b. Impact of Institutional Accreditation Decisions on CACREP Degree Programs:

If the institutional accreditation status is at risk for any reason, the counselor education program must notify CACREP within 20 calendar days of notification from the institutional accreditor. The Board will review the circumstances and the impact on the counselor education program(s) and may monitor and/or take action regarding the degree program’s accreditation status.
