Policy A.3.n. Complaints:

CACREP will review, in a fair and timely manner, complaints that reasonably allege instances of noncompliance with CACREP accreditation Standards, CACREP Policies, and/or CACREP procedures by: accredited programs or active applicant programs; and complaints that reasonably allege instances of noncompliance with CACREP Policies and/or CACREP procedures or instances of undue subjectivity, unfair treatment, or other improper actions in relation to codes of conduct or other requirements by: CACREP Site Team members, CACREP Board Directors, or CACREP staff.
