Policy C.12. Policy Waiver:

The CACREP Board will consider requests to waive the application of an accreditation policy only when the program can demonstrate that there are exigent circumstances that would present a hardship to the program and/or to its students if the policy were to be applied, that a waiver of the policy will not present a hardship to students, and the purpose and intent of the policy will be met notwithstanding the waiver. Waivers will be granted in particular circumstances and for an amount of time to be determined by the Board. A denial of a waiver is not appealable.
