1.X – The Counselor Education Program needs to address confidentiality of PHI of clients for all program delivery types.

1.U- The Counselor Education Program needs to provide evidence for all students that required supervision hours are being met in full.

1.V- The Counselor Education Program needs to provide evidence for all students that minimum direct service hours with clients are being met in full.
