In the interim weeks, you stay deeply engaged with your cohort and coursework through interactive online learning spaces. This structure balances the flexibility working adults need with the vital, face-to-face mentorship required at the doctoral level.

• Clinical Supervision: Learn the formal models, ethical considerations, and legal frameworks required to supervise associate-level clinicians and graduate students. You will develop a personal, evidence-based philosophy of supervision to protect clients and grow the workforce.
• Research & Applied Scholarship: Demystify the research process. Our program focuses on meaningful, practical research methodologies that allow you to evaluate mental health programs, drive local advocacy, and contribute publishable insights to the field without losing touch with the reality of clinical practice.
• Leadership & Professional Advocacy: Develop the executive, administrative, and leadership skills required to direct mental health agencies, manage grant-funded programs, lead professional counseling associations, and advocate for marginalized populations at local, state, and national levels.
