The community counseling program is a 60 hour program that leads the license in mental health counseling in NYS. Since it is a 60 hour program, there is general portability across states.

Program History
The Community Counseling program was initially accredited in January 2009 and has maintained its accreditation. In July 2013, the Community Counseling program was converted to a Clinical Mental Health Counseling Program.
