The specialized practice area was found to substantially meet the standards with some minor standards-related deficiencies for which the Board requires further information.

2.B – The Counselor Education Program needs to address program objectives.

4.F – The Counselor Education Program needs to address assessment of student learning.

Program History

The Community Counseling program was initially accredited in July 2005 and has maintained its accreditation. It became a Clinical Mental Health Counseling program in January 2015.
